@Spool these were "anxious & on edge" numbers. I now realize some of the shoulder pain was from low E2 also I believe. as I was crunchy & 'dry" I now know.

the last cruise I came off I was 822 test & 12.9 Estrogen. that was 250mg weekly CYP. I thought I was going to come back high / higher e2 then also. seems most of the time I have questioned the E2 and thought was high, it was actually low. this is prob the most elevated I have had my estrogen, and I can confirm its much easier to live. not anxious or easily excited, much easier to laugh and poke fun, then to rage out.
