just fyi speed flexiblity? pro athelets do squat, dead, bench, for a base until then steroids are a waste,Im a cpt .for over 15 "lift heavy eat big grow"
I mean, I think we would all assume that when u put a pic up, u want it to be judged. I guess if u didn't want anyone to say what they thought u shoulda just kept the pic in ur phone or somethin. And I don't think anyone was tryin to put u down, we r all here to help. Fact is, if u were eating and training properly u would look A LOT better than what you do. Even ur training split is very begginer-ish. If anything, at least take advantage of ur time on cycle to increase your volume.
I just don't wanna lose speed or flexibility from gaining a lot of mass. And I get that the pics are meant for comment but for someone to just say that im not ready is kinda messed up. I mean, a person doesn't have to be huge to be strong or have mass to create muscular hypertrophy. I look at a lot of pictures on here and the guys that have cycled a lot and I personally don't think they do enough cardio or cut that body fat off. So peoples body shapes are all based on the way they train. Im a mile (at the least) on the treadmill EVERY time I hit the gym. I try to eat nutritiously and even take ina high calorie weight gainer between meals. I was a frickin twig prior to me hitting hard protein and iso mass weight gainers. The only place I can see my mass and definition going is up. Now its time to really lift heavy and lower the reps.
Appreciate the input but who the hell are you guys to say I'm not ready? Neither of you know what i have worked for or what im working towards. I feel like I'm 30 yrs. old and I know how much and how hard I have been training in the gym. When you have a MD Ill consider your criticism constructive...
beyondimportsno offense, but you were no where near ready to cycle. you shouldve waited til you had a much better foundation. You need to work on your back A LOT. its non existent.
u took the words right outta my mouth
Agree with this.
Also, what test is it? I'm assuming test e?
No, it's Test C.
