thanks beard !! cardio wise I dont do any cause of my work ,iam mountain walking at least 2hours wearing heavy clothing 4x a week so iam ok :) diet wise 5 days low carb 2 days carb blast .oatmeal lots of chicken breast ,rise depends on high or low carb day ,tuna with veggies for dinner or cottage cheese / yogurt ,and 2protein shakes ed ,protein is always above 300 grams ed fats always 60-70 ,carbs on low days 80-160 and as much as 700 on high !!
I appreciate you taking the time to lay that out. Clearly it’s working very well for you. I may give that 5 low 2 high a shot. It would work well with my schedule as weekends are when I try to be more social and end up getting more carbs anyway.
