Hahaha Samy is crazy mofo , gone to training after one day with stitches lol. Thanks brother appreciate it Smile

alekaras's picture

They used mesh Samy yes, but damn they got me off lifting for 8 weeks, seven to go almost lol. How did you go back to lifting so soon brother?

Sam I Am's picture

All machine work with light weight.
Mine didn’t require mesh though, he just stitched it after he pulled the gallbladder out of the navel.
Didn’t do legs for six weeks though. Then started light.

Well it must of been pretty small then Samy, did the docs told you that you were able to lift as before?

Sam I Am's picture

He said no lifting for six weeks.
I went light but tbh, I haven’t missed a week in the gym since 86.

HAHAha Fuckin Nice one Mate!!! Do you feel like a part of you has left? Lol

Was it an easy procedure or were you in for a few days?

alekaras's picture

Yeah an ugly part of me lol, hated that shit couldn't wear a proper shirt ffs lol. Easy brother 3 days total 1 day before surgery blood test covid tests etc, and 2 days after, now iam counting days to come to lifting Smile thanks brother!!

press1's picture

Just stay strong mate - DON'T give in and undo all that waiting and pain to start training again, make it worse and have to go back in again.

Would you be able to get away with doing some light dumbell work after a few weeks just to keep doing something like curls and flyes or is literally everything a No No?

alekaras's picture

You right brother, I just have to wait, as of now no weights at all, 50 days to go through Smile
