RustyhookerGet well soon!
Thanks Fast. Gonna be a while to rehab about another month before I can hit it with gusto. Slow and steady will win this battle!
omg bro.....damn. ill say some prayers bro
Need all the help I can get. Cheers. Fr sent
Speedy recovery mate, just don't go too mad too quickly.
Thanks brother. Missing the iron dearly
Wishing you all the best moving forward brother! I'm sorry for your injuries and setbacks! To echo what was advised below, patience my friend! +2 for a better you is indeed on the horizon!
Hi Theo. Wise advice from a wise man!
Best of luck chief. I had a serious leg injury a few years back and all I can say is to be very patient and take it very slow. Hurting yourself will set you back months and maybe even disable you permanently. It took me more than a year to get back to where I wanted, but I'm glad I took it slow, because I'm all good now. Best of luck.
Added HGH to my trt dose to try and keep some muscle on and speed healing and so far so good. Thanks for your support
X2 good advice bro
The concussion issues are my main concern now. Thanks for the support guys!
Be safe and take it easy and slow bro.
Wow. I never seen that gadget. Get better man. Glad to see your in good spirits. I myself know that injuries can hurt just as much physical as mental. But you will be back at it soon just dont rush. Goodluck man
Wild looking device for sure. Attaching it out side the wrist meant they didn't have to cut any connective tendons and muscles. Sure felt bizarre unscrewing from the bones. Cheers brother
AnonTake it slow!
Sure will. Still having post concussion issues from the skull fracture. The good HGH has healed the ribs and the wrist quickly but the head injury is another matter. Thanks big guy, your advice is wise!
X2
My doctor and the mods have the same advice. I guess my impatience is showing.
I hope everything goes great! Good luck! I'm sure you will be glad to be back moving some weights around.
Longest layoff ever. 7 weeks! Thanks for your support
