+ 7 Ending the year right!

ad

Out of a 13 guys line up and over 265 competitors, I came out second. I was more conditioned than the first guy, but overall I got 2nd. Plus they messed up my posing music and gave me some other guys music. So I basically posed to a 60 year old song. Things to work on this year are hammies and lats. I'm going to hit them hard and then shoot for Pittsburgh next august! It wasn't a total loss, I don't like second but, top three in both categories and I went home with two metals. If you don't place top 3 you go home empty handed, I went home with 2 so I'm happy. Until next year, we still have work to do. Back to the drawing board.

yea brother it was tuff with low carbs, sodium ect at the end. At times, I wanted to quit, but I stuck through. My sponsor backed out so, I did it all alone. Once I hit that stage it was money well spent. Now I have the competition bug, im ready to honagain. it's like a drug to be up there. some say it was politics because I lost, but honestly like you said it was my first bodybuilding show and I still did excellent. Worst case scenario I will do open and masters for my pro card and if it works out, it would be dream come true. Thanks for the motivation, I'm so ready to get-up there again. back to the lab to work on the judges critiques and then boom, first place
