End of my 12 week bulk..no pump here.so much messing around with this cycle..getting too paranoid thinking products are bunk when it's just me blaming the gear why I'm not growing when truly it was all down to my diet...well lesson learnt...gained a solid 7kilos tho so wasn't all bad

What counts is the quality of the mass you gain, not what the scale reads! Even the best Gear is only as good as your workouts and recovery(sleep). +1 cuz you're honest!

Ok ill lay down my daily intake for you guys...

300g rice
700g chicken breast
400g mixed vegetables
4 weetabix
2 quark protein yougurts
1 whole pineapple
30g almonds

That's split in to t meals,I also use a source on my rice..and if I get the earge for a snack I eat a oatmeal bar...not on no supplements at the moment but thinking to throw a whey protein shake in there 2 times a day.i only workout 3 times a week and only compounds

U must stop be so obsesed with bunk stuff , anxiety is catabolic

Second u need eat and eat alot !! U have huge frame , i know u have colitis i not say is easy

U look very good brother , focus on your eating and stop worie about bunk

Find 1 brand u trust and geting result and stick with it
