+ 8 Ekg and Doppler for growthman

ad

Just wanted to post these for Growthman who recently wrote up a post about heart health. Heart health is a very under scrutinized aspect of this thing we do. There is no good reason to overlook it unless you are the kind of person who doesn’t care about the quality of life you live. These tests were part of an effort to maximize my health prior to starting a cycle. It postponed my cycle close to 4 months until I was given a clean bill of health.
I should say something about not being a dumb fuck and get your health on point pre cycle but I’m a hard proponent of natural selection and think a few less of you dumb fucks on planet earth is a good thing. At minimum if you guys have any flags then you should have a cardiologist monitor it regularly like I’m doing. I was also given full clearance to continue By my cardiologist and hematologist. No more cycles until I’ve been cleared each time. Period.
Cheers:)

You shouldn't, I mean, you aren't wrong. As much as I try to be politically correct and unbiased there are just people in the world that are taking up space for no apparent reason. They are the takers of society, never giving anything back, expecting things to be handed to them and outraged at every perceived slight. It's the world we live in. Appreciate you posting it and your heart findings. I have had heart problems in the past so I am always interested in seeing how others are affected, and ultimately deal with similar afflictions.

True, I remember that too

I’m glad growthman posted up. I’ll be honest and we have talked about it in pms, I’ve gotten pretty burned out from being active and quit posting threads over the years for various reasons.

Mainly why I stick to the advanced forum on here these days. No millennials on tren behind a keyboard trashing people on there, we all have more mutual respect for one another.
All that said glad we have brought this forward to everyone, this is a hot topic. There are too many cardiovascular disease problems today and aas is certainly a contributing factor.

How long have you have the bundle branch block?
It’s not affecting you is it?

Carlos Danger's picture

Zero adverse effects and none that are classic symptoms like light headedness when head is below heart( bending down).

Turns out I’ve had this type of ekg result for the last 6 or so yrs. the first came about from going on a run of low water intake and too many energy drinks. Then one night of drinking with my bro n law and I fell asleep and they couldn’t wake me up. Was not on any drugs or gear just pot. They called EMTs and branch bundle block was the result of an ekg on way to ER.
Turned out my electrolytes were so low I needed 4 large bags of saline. Then when going on a VLCD in May i knew I needed to monitor my bloods and regular ekgs. 900-1200 cals a day will wreak havoc on your blood levels and micro nutrients. Once I started that I kept getting flagged and I knew I needed to follow up on it.

Wow bro awesome results. Even your resting HR looks great. Nice thanks for sharing!

Yeah this past year has been completely eye opening in terms of how I fit in these abnormalities. Even my low T does not match my body or sides. I’ve got no symptoms of the ekg status. No sides from low T minus energy. Maybe my body just masks them very well.

Fucking ruthless.... I like it! Haha.

You are 100% correct. If I had to guess only 1% of guys on here actually do this kind of test. Thank you for bringing it forward and reminding us how important it truely is. I always take pre cycle bloods but another added test such as this is definitely a great idea and I'll be adding it to my pre cycle routine.

Can I ask why you started taking this type of test? Just curious if there was a medical issue initially that prompted you to monitor your heat.

Nice post.

Do you supplement with electrolytes now or just make sure to drink plenty of water? Any other changes since all this came about mate?

Thanks for uploading this, mega interesting.

So now that my diet includes more salt I don’t need to outside of the 1-1.5 gal of water intake daily. But when I was on the VLCD I was taking 2-3 cubes of chicken/beef boullion as needed based on feel and regular bloodwork i was taking every 6wks. Sides of low sodium for me was headaches, dizziness, fatigueand to a certain degree cramping tho that could also be from low magnesium as well.

He had an Abnormal ekg brotha. That’s where it all starts; with an ekg. You can get that from your MD.

I figured it was something like that. I think it's great the two of you have taken the time to cover this topic and discuss it in detail. That's what this site is all about, drawing awareness to issues such as these and explaining why we need to cover our bases like this.
