u look little to heavy to keep bulking but hard to say with being fully clothed.
Why not bulk to 250 ,get body fat percntage. Then finnaly cut 25 poumss of fat down to 225. Split legs bro 2x a week. Jhams and calves. Quads
We are in similar place. I posted a pic yesterday, I'm at 237 and similar size and bodytype. I am going with cutting weight so I can then see where I really am at. It comes down to discipline in the kitchen and I need to buckle down.
