Why not bulk to 250 ,get body fat percntage. Then finnaly cut 25 poumss of fat down to 225.
Split legs bro 2x a week. Jhams and calves. Quads

We are in similar place. I posted a pic yesterday, I'm at 237 and similar size and bodytype. I am going with cutting weight so I can then see where I really am at. It comes down to discipline in the kitchen and I need to buckle down.
