+ 7 EBC update pic

Started off this EBC at 168lbs, woke up this morning at 187! One pound away from Being the heaviest I've ever been and much leaner then last time! The first pic without the hat was taken at the start of the EBC, but my backs flexed in it and relaxed in the new one so it was even smaller at the start lol

WeatherwedLooking good. Back is wide as hell. My only critique would be to bring the arms up to match the back. I had the same problem- i used to look like sponge bob.+1

I would have but the only EBC pic that's close to that one is a rear lat spread and the one I just posted was just relaxed, so even that wouldn't really be a accurate comparison.
