Here's the deal...for starters, i have used anabolics on and off since i was 18ish and I'm now 41 yearsbold. You are in your 40s so your test is going down naturally and since you have done anabolics before your natural test could possibly not be as good as it would be if you never did anabolics in the 1st place. Also your levels are low, like out of range low low. So you need at about 150- 200mg per week to get your test back into the high-normal range, possibly even into the high range. Is that bad being up there, no necessarily, bit if it goes too high, like if you are a super-resonder, then it could start to cause problems if you run that long term. So, I'd start at 150ish and go up from there. Get your blood work done to confirm how you feel is where you need to be then adjust accordingly. What compound and doses have you used in the past and what are you plans for your future anabolic use?

At 40 it's not terrible but it's definitely not great. If you got on some testosterone you would feel about 10 times better.
