Why are you taking "lots and lots" anti-estrogens? What you are taking is NOT going to get you into shape. According to your replies you have been in an accident. Some of those compounds might help with your orchids and healing of those, but it's been a long time since then and now they might just be helping with possible effects like arthritis or things of that nature. Taking anti-estrogens though??? That just doesn't make since, in fact it could be HURTING YOU!!! When you take those compounds it has a tendency to dry you out more and hold less H²O and that can make your joints ache bc they do not have as much cushion. If I was in your shoes, I'd stop ALL THE STUFF YOU ARE TAKING. I'd use that money to just take some Testosterone at a REAL trt level and spend the rest on good HEALTHY FOOD or on a coach to make you a diet plan. You would spend less and look BETTER!!! I'm 41 and was in the same boat and just took Testosterone and made sure to eat 1.5 to 2mg of protein per lb of my bodyweight and limit my carbs to less than 50(fewer the better)per day. You have plenty of fat to use for energy so you don't need carbs to workout or for energy. GOOD LUCK!!!

I think the main reason that you are not getting better results from all that is because you ordered from RB I ordered from them once and that shit was garbage. You should try #10 in the us section that shit is gold or even #2 but in my opinion RB is trash.

Have you tried just working out with a half decent routine and diet? Progressive overload. Try fortitude training (google it).

Microwave dinners are poison too. You can cook a decent meal in 25 mins. Stop being lazy. Just look up a recipe. The only thing you need to Microwave is a sweet potato. Grill up 2 93% lean beef patties and eat that fkn sweet potato and a salad. Cheap easy clean meal right there. 20 mins. Getting lean in shape a lot of your titty problem will go away. Maybe just the 93% lean patties and a salad until you get shredded. Buy a ninja foodi grill cooking is so fkn easy with this tool in the kitchen. Fkn work my man

I have all of the easy peasy cooking stuff from Target & Amazon. But (with my injuries) I don’t always have the “power” to cook for myself when I get home.
Yes, my body is THAT fu***d up

But yeah BT36, when I’m good & able & painfree — I cook clean & everything is with brown rice, whole wheats, etc (believe me, I’ve had a nutritionist since age 14!!) + I was raised by my granny…. Cooking is no problemas here. Thank you for the reminders though. You’re good people

All good. Just make sure you’re consuming quality calories. You seem like you’re a bit of a foodie by the way you’re speaking. Limit fried foods and avoid all refined sugars. I’ve seen guys make tremendous progress off intense training and very minimal to No gear. Do interval sprinting eod.

Odd story: In my mid-20s I was already a pretty heavy stoner, right? (When I still weighed 135lbs), I noticed my left titty painfully bouncing while going up & down the stairs at home……….. at 135lbs!!!!

Never been much of a breakfast guy. I eat whatever takes away my morning PED anxiety.
I have a freezer full of meats; so I have steaks, chicken, pork, fish (almost daily). SUPER occasional fast food, but not really. I try to enjoy PIZZA (1/2 cheese; 1/2 whatever) 1-2x per month.

SUGAR is my #1 enemy, you guys. Soda pops, cookies, cakes, ice creams, cereals….. I don’t have FAT problem. I have “sugar tits”!!! … plus the rest of my body is just full layer of sugar water everywhere. Not so much the fat

Yes okay… MAYBE a liiiitle bit of fat. But it was mostly water, I swear!! (And leftover muscle…. yup)

I’m getting old, man. I don’t count Marcos too much anymore (I did in my 20s for sure!) I count calories, fiber, fats, cholesterol, sodium, added sugar…. things that my doctors want me to watch out for

Carbs & proteins sort of handle themselves (as long as I go outside everyday, move around some, and live a somewhat active lifestyle)

I can’t really do miles and miles of jogging/running anymore + I cannot heavy PED lift… so I really don’t need the heavy marco diet, you know? @wanted

I've just realised bud - You are the guy who is using Halotestin aren't ya?!

I'm being serious now mate - You NEED to stop all that you are doing and take a step back here. You are going to end up damaging your body and messing yourself up if you carry on with all that you are doing. Get a year gym membership and hit it hard 4 or 5 days per week, eat your carbs and protein and stop watching influencer videos on youtube. Learn how to train properly, pick some target gym numbers and aim for those. Drink your protein shakes, take your creatine and sleep. Do all this for 1 to 2 years and then reassess steroids and HGH/peptides etc. Do things properly bud, surrounding yourself with steroid users is not where you are at right now in your lifting career.

If you knew the number of beginners in training and who have no diet, it makes me sad.
It's like " hey bro i start traning a few days ago, i going to fast food 3/4 time a week, but i'm ok i ordered lot tren, test and clen "

@claytonKIM you have to learn new (good) habits and break the bad ones, some study say you need 25 to 28 days, so you need lot motivation and determination.
Think about this " i cook good food for me but also for my children "

Diet are VERY VERY VERY important, AAS are not magic pills or injectables stuff .... You need to get a good base on FOOD but alson on the right training.

Before starting ANY AAS / TEST , get a full blood work because depend your lipids and other things add AAS is like taking poison for you.

Legums (TONS OF LEGUMS) fish (FOR OMEGA 3 and GOOD FAT) White Turkey, Chicken, White Eggs, Olive oil,
Rice, Oats, Lentill (GOOD SOURCE CARB) and FRUITS, write a list of product and buy only this, ONLY good food.

Focus on DIET + TRAINING and stop all product if your blood work are ok, don't use AI with any blood work because sometime the gyno come from fat, so with proper training and if your E2 (Estradiol) have a good range you have FOR SURE A GREAT RESULTS ON YOUR PECS.

Change your mind, listen all good post there, and i wish the best for you and your children,
