No upvotes just want to know what you prefer...KFC or Popeyes.
Not on gear or Trt. Lost a few pounds but it's all good. Just started back working legs after a leg injury but will update when on cycle in a few months. Will look alot better guaranteed. I'm not a bodybuilder at all and never wanted to be. Squats are my favorite exercise behind the bench press. Will focus more on my legs but don't want to be wearing those baggy pants so I have my limits as far as growth.
And do me a big favor... don't forget to tell that Heavy ass weight to MOOVVE!!!
