+ 7 Donating blood was a triple WIN
ad
Donated blood at the Red Cross a few days ago, and I swear a few days later I feel a little healthier. Probably all in my head. Plus I feel donating regularly is the right thing to do. On the Plus side it was warm out and I wore a tank top and all the cute nurses were all over me. I failed to mention this part to my girlfriend. :). Then on top of that I had a reason to cheat a lil and eat a couple of the cookies they had. Overall guys please I highly recommend donating every 8 weeks.

Good job brother!
Nice tats by the way!

Molinin302+1 big guy, the benefit to you is nothing in comparison to the patient in need. Good job!
Definetly. He will get that post from somebody "i read in an article its bad to donate regularly" but tell that to the patient in need when there isnt enough blood for him. Donating is one of the most selfless acts a person can do.
Molinin302A lot of people assume its just for blood loss, don't forget about that little cute kid with cancer that your platelets just made feel a whole lot better... were good people for doing what we do.
Headaches and migraines go away if you were getting. My bloodpressure went down. Definetly a plus plus. Of course with anything you are going to hear there are bads with doing regularly but so isnt doing steroids and this helps the bads with doing steroids regularly so keep it up. More pros than cons trust me.
Honestly donating is great feel brand new after I find it actually gives a sense of well-being too don’t go over board tho I usually go every 4-6 months
I felt healthier too. I just got mine done. Good job bro+
I almost instantly felt better after donating. I think it improves your health to do it every once in a while
Same, I’m not sure if it’s a placebo but I feel great once I walk out of the donation centre.
