This is running immediately, I will post results as I go. I am starting at 90.6kg, (EDIT: on callout from Growmore, BF is 20%) by Navy Method (Age, Height, Weight, Neck, Waste) with 36.5" waste. I plan to run this eight weeks and bring weight up to 100kg before dropping and cutting with Mast/Stanaz. I hope to keep at least 5kg of the weight after cutting for an end of cycle weight of 95kg and single digit bf. I do not want to increase waste again, so diet is focus. Taking Liv-52 and Fish Oil 6g daily, have TUDCA on the way in as the cycle is so long.

Awesome gift, Dragon Pharma, thank you so much. As I explained, I lost my order back in March due to using a 10-year old address and I called it fate, then this came along, so I guess fate wanted me to shed the 20kg BF, which I did, before starting such a hard acting medicine.

I am so excited to run this, I never run orals, so I expect my body to react massively to this. I don't like splitting tabs, so am debating between 40mg and 60mg daily, but depending upon the pumps I get, may just have to split some.

I will run 20mg preworkout, chewed, 20mg with lunch and may drop 20mg in my evening water jug and just sip it to bedtime. Taking with Test support, dropping Tren and Clen, adding NPP.

@GrowMore I am into week 4 of this d-bol and maintained weight, but with a 1.5" loss across the belly (measured over belly button) and back (not wanted, but where it always occurs).... AND maintained weight on an even balance. No changes in arms, waist, neck or legs. That translates to same weight, less belly. 3-weeks of d-bol and second week on deca (ordered NPP, got deca... gotta work with what I got). I cannot go ripped at the end of July, like promised, but with 160K up for grabs in PGS2021, I hope you get that it will be October 17th by contest dates.

Anyhow, going to review this d-bol next week as the deca is kicking in and the shoulder is letting me lift again, notwithstanding the foolish pin, but this program is on track..

BF... by navy chart 20%, I claim it is 15% or so.

Thanks. A box of frogs would actually be pretty cool, might lose a bunch of flies, but whatever. Challenges make me stronger and I do work hard to meet them all, so I would respond to you that it is flattery that I actually care about your upvote, and I do.

I'm not 20%, that is just Navy chart, weight, neck and waist as variables. I put the 20% 'cause Growmore called me out and if I put the results down verbatim, that is what the Navy chart says... has to be a standard to measure honesty as he continually calls me a liar. I am pretty sure I come close to 15%. Take one inch off the waist and BF will go down dramatically by that chart, or add an inch to the neck, so it is a great way to track progress, but it is not very accurate. I am not going to break out the callipers to make anyone happy, I have my own self-confidence. Pumps.. yeah, I get it, only one way to know how they will really come onto me and I am finding out now. First day not killing me yet :-) At 9-11%, I would actually be quite happy. That is pretty much the extent of my goal here, if I can do better, great, but I would be pretty damned happy with any single digit BF. Thanks for the feedback.

These are direct quotes from you. What the hell happened lad? You lost 10kg+ and gained 2% bf in 4 months on a huge stack.

Now you’re wanting to gain a lean 5kg muscle in 8 weeks? The way you’re going fella you’ll drop another 10kg and gains some more fat. You’re living proof gains are made in the kitchen and not McDonald’s.

Clearly the 15% at 100kg was delusional, like you posted back when I put that. Actual numbers, when I put the tape to the body, was 06 March 27% BF, waste 40.5, gut (across the belly button) 43.25. Weight was 102kg, which jumped to 105kg the week I started working out again. But you already challenged the 15%, so you're just beating a dead horse now. I kept the tren/test low and ran the t3/clen 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off and today's measurements are actually 20% bf (using a tape measure and not just ramble) weight 90.6kg, with a waste of 36.6 and across belly button at 37. That is an actual weight loss of 15kg, going by recorded numbers as I document every weekend.

Now for gains, chest started at 46" and steadily dropped all the way to 43" on 16 May, which is why I believe it took so long to lose waste line... up to that date, I still had 37.5 waste, but since then, chest is growing again, back to current 44.25, which is why I estimate 'fat loss' at 20kg as there is easy 5kg of muscle mass increase, whether you want to call it water weight or what you like.

I follow my progress, I measure my food and this weight loss, as well as dimensional change was the product of hard work, not drugs. The AAS helps me to endure and adds to fat loss, but diet, cardio and pushing hard, as well as getting up every AM at 4.00 without fail.

Growmore, I don't mind you calling me out, you are right, but that is against quick posts and generalizations. Don't think, however, that I am not in control of what I am doing, I am. Diet is spot on and workout is solid. You don't drop 15kg actual weight while expanding chest and arms without hard work.

D-bol is well known for massive weight gains, albeit a lot of water but a good portion can be kept after stopping by maintaining diet and exercise. I posted that pic with the newspaper, BTW and for my goals, I am on track.

I will say, again, however, I don't know where you get 'huge' stack from, I never stated how much of what I was doing. Nowhere did I post amounts, people just hear tren and they think the sky is falling. I actually run a very low eod program. t3/clen numbers run high in my cycles, but they are drugs that I am well used to from past experience and they have acted no differently to me this time.

Kudos on the callout for numbers, but above are the measured and logged results. Cheers and thanks for the feedback, this is the kind of stuff that pushes me to show!

You are bonkers. The lies, continual gear usage, delusional claims, arrogance, measuring your bf with a tape measure, high dose of clen/t3, the ‘never seen a gym’ physique, throw Tren in the mix and the 5 cat poos in the litter box in your previous photo.

You’ve never been below 16% bf and seen your abs fella. The last thing I remember you claimed you’d upload a photo shredded in June/July, I’m guessing you couldn’t find that taboo fat burner you used to abuse. Prove me wrong, so far I’ve been 100% spot on about your internet persona.

It's been posted, it's not ripped or shredded, but I guess I still have 32-days and still be in July, so I am on my way. You cannot say I have not seen a gym, that is just bully mentality, but it does inspire me to keep at it. Anyhow, you won't be won around with words, I am posting weekly updates, diets, workouts, etc., so follow if you want. This is for me, not you. You also need to let the past go. You ramble about things from a man who is gone, that person does not exist any longer. No pesticides here, BTW. I must say, you do give me a bit of extra drive to add your words to your diet.

@GrowMore.... 2-week stats... lost 1-inch on waist and 1.5 on belly for e 36" across the entire midline.... chest is up 1.5, win/win. Ran out of tren and NNP is late, so lost 1kg weight (not wanted) but overall aspects are good. Postal tracking says I am in good shape for NNP, just will be 6-weeks on rather than 8. Good news on the bad Tren, it was sterile and makes a great cutter for a very heavy weighted 350 blend (see my pics) it is perfect build material.

In the end, I have been off tren for four weekS (NOT BY INTENTION) source is sending me NNP express by a better lab, so all good. Looks like Nati (mind you I am hitting these d-bol hard) I am up 1.5 inch chest, down 1.5 belly and lost 1kg. Pics are posted PGS2021... you know who... I am going to take a place here.
