+ 1 Developing My Lats
ad
Been gone away for a good long while and now I'm back! And speaking of backs, I'm going to try and develop my lats and work on some upper-mid back thickness. Any suggestions. Been hitting up wide grip pull-ups, rack pulls, deads, and seated rows. Thanks for all of the support you guys and girls. It's appreciated more than I can tell you all.

Sounds like you're doing all the right things bro. One thing I like to do is heavy one arm db rows but instead of a straight/up down motion swing the weight towards the rear at the end, really nails that lower part of the lat. Noticed lots of growth in that area when I started doing those.
Old school T-Bar rows and seated cable rows with a V-bar attachment. I also like to do behind the back pull downs, I know a lot of people don't because of possible shoulder injuries, but I use light weight and do them at the end of my workout to get a nasty pump. Hits the upperback and traps nice.
