GearofWarWell, bro I was down to 172 at my lightest. So 182lbs total. I'm now sitting at 202. When I started my blast I was 178. So I've gained some good solid weight, not useless fat. I'll keep on going though. I push it everyday now bro. I love praying at the temple of iron and it's my release now. It used to be junk food, and narcotics. Now it's heavy iron, gear, and protein, protein, protein! I'm thankful everyday for the turn my life has taken and although it may not be perfect and yeah shit still bums me out bad sometimes I'm 100% better off these days than before. I'm thankful for all you bad-ass mofos here giving me a daily dose of good vibes too. Thank you.
