That's my definition for now, off-season. For last 3 months I decided not to eat meat at all. Only fat fish like salmon, I eat it 1kg each day. And you know what? I feel lighter, cleaner, strength indicators increased, the skin has become better, like the ligaments, I feel much more energetic. For now, I'll try to continue like this. If I see a deviation in the state, then I'll go back to the meat.

Here in the U.K. A fair few guys like to ditch meat in favour of fish during comp prep.
Maybe it's not so popular, but I feel much better! And I am not during comp prep. I am off-season now
