+ 9 Deadlift lockout transformed. And physique update.

ad

On top I was 250ish locking out 675 wayyy to wide.
On the bottom 725 @207lbs found the perfect stance.
Lesson to be learned is involving leverages, don't get to heavy or you won't be able to bend over and pick it up!
Sitting at 208 in the picture also. Not lean or huge but rather content and positive with the way I look and feel. Good diet and solid training with cardio. Not the best looking bloak in the world, but I am proud of what I have done on the competitive level and the look level. Looking for that 800 pull at 215lbs this summer. Wish me luck mates!

That's nice but you are a little out of control with the pics.

I think he through these ones up cause he was being called out on a post of his and people were saying pics or it didn't happen or something along those lines

I checked out ur other pics and u did a nice job leaning out. That's a lot of weight to deadlift. I am not a power lifter so cant comment on the stance, but watch the over/under grip on those heavy weights. That is the most common way weightlifters tear their distal bicep tendon. That's immediate surgery or a life with a rolled up biceps. +1

An old friend of mine (rip) was holding a punch bag for someone, the fella missed and hit his upper arm and it did exactly that, detached his bi and it rolled up. Never bothered with surgery even though he was very well off, just wasn't all that bothered about weights, more into fitness, it was like an egg eventually with the muscle waste.
