Help! What is up with this vial of tren base??

I found this bottle from August in my room and It has a bunch of solid masses at the bottom. Has it crashed or what? What should I do with it?

I asked him to put up a recent pic since he was training for a powerlifting comp and was saying he was doing big numbers. Never posted them but posts pics if 10 year old tren. 26 and cruising with zero to show for it based on the last pic except signs of gyno.
