Put up a current pic for comparison
JerZ1107GSeasonLook at my pics the only other one I posted besides this is my current pic , oddly enough my karma has now dropped
Ok. I gotcha. Didn’t catch this pic was from years ago.
Using aas, even with a simple cycle such as test e, can have detrimental effects physically, mentally, hemodynamically, and affect many aspects of life.. but when done right with proper protocols and blood work monitoring; paired with proper diet and exercise, one can excel. But it is not easy. And it is always changing, along wth our bodies.
First strengthen the mind, then strengthen the body.
But the fundamentals still stand. Diet. And. excerize.
Good luck brother. Stay strong.
Looks like you need to go to the basics! Need to workout and eat right and then go from there!
Props for being up front and honest! We all make mistakes, it's what we do after we make them that counts. Luckily your mistake may not have been detrimental to your over all health, so take what you have learned.....learn some More and start with a good first foot forward and have a better plan from start to finish. Just my two cents anyways....good luck dude!
U got a little ways to go bro before you cycle again... Other comments are correct.. diet training and natural peak first bro... why no pct man... that wasnt a good idea
JerZ1107GSeasonThis was a few years back o had to learn everything the hard way and losing everything I gained and realizing I put on more fat and water weight was discouraging and no pct bc I was young with a know it all mentality . Like I’ve said it was an expensive lesson to learn!
JerZ1107GSeasonI was clueless about AAS back then and the real importance of a solid diet that’s why I bloated the way I did . I’ve made leaps and bounds since this picture years ago but it’s a good reminder because I lost a lot from not running a PCT and jumping into a cycle
Got ya..i didn't know this was an old pic either... ya recovering without pct is a bad idea for sure but if you were pretty young you probably bounced back relativity quick but like you said at the expense of your gains... hey bro a lesson lived right..
JerZ1107GSeasonI bounced back quickly and didn’t notice and side effects luckily but the water weight started dropping drastically about a week or two into being off and I slimmed down and Surprisingly kept some gains For a while but now that I’m older I will not test the waters with not running a PCT. I wanted to post this for the young guys who want to jump into a cycle and not have the knowledge of what happens when you don’t do everything properly because I don’t read enough threads about the “What Ifs” it’s always someone just telling you not to do something and a lot of young people especially me when I was young wouldn’t listen to that without knowing the consequences ahead
Up your protein, keep carbs in check, fats to a minimum.. eat more... healthier.... put on more solid weight and muscle before you cycle..
JerZ1107GSeasonThis was years back but it’s still a good reminder of what happens when you jump into a cycle without the Knowledge needed to run a proper cycle and the importance of a diet the amount of water weight and bloating I put on was unreal
I hear that. My last cycle from 9 years ago was just that. I jumped in without being prepared. I came up short on PCT gear and have the gyno to prove it until this day. I didn't sweat it because I didn't see any negative effects after a few weeks. However, it took several months after the cycle for the gyno to develop. I never really felt back to normal either. Recent blood work revealed that test and estrogen levels were way outta wack. TRT prescription has helped this but at a pretty penny. Costly mistake for me and more so if I decide to get surgery for the gyno. I wish I could go back to my younger dumber self and say, "don't you dare use any gear until you have the proper acilliaries for AI and PCT first!" BIG LESSON LEARNED.
Get your diet and training on point first. Your doing this backwards...
JerZ1107GSeasonMuch agreed this was years back when I had very little knowledge of running cycles and no true knowledge of the importance of dieting, it’s a reminder of what happens when you go in half assed because everything dropped drastically Once it was over. Expensive lesson learned as well
