+ 2 Cutting progress
ad
Well I've been cutting for a couple months now I'm realizing it's tougher than I thought this bodybuilding thing I lost a lot of weight a while back because it was recommended then I hit a cycle and put a lot back on, I gain the bad kinda weight really easily ( I'm still figuring this out) but I haven't been on anything just fasted cardio in the morn and calorie deficit. I fucking hate the love handles but I figure another month or so and they should be gone. I also wasn't shure if I should keep going without gear as I would like to hit a cycle I was thinking a cutting cycle maybe I'm getting super weak in the gym or do you guys think I should keep going without gear till I get lower in body fat? Thanks for any responses

First, great job on the transformation. Seriously, if you took off the tattoos it would be hard to believe it was you in both - and please take that as a compliment!
Secondly, I think anyone will tell you to just lay off of it for right now. You've made tremendous strides in the way your body looks simply by diet alone - and this is with a calorie deficit. Get your body to where you want it to be, or an ideal body fat percentage (or look) and go from there. Start to plateau your diet bringing it up to maintenance slowly so your body gets used to the increase in calories and carbohydrates. Keep your protein up. Then, watch how your body transforms as you begin to increase your calories by 250/500 calories for a while.
Again, you've made it this far and had great results. Your body responds well to your dieting right now - take advantage of it. An increase in calories or carbs can increase your muscle mass - and strength. Your strength will come back, your mass will come slowly. Just keep your eye on the numbers as I'm sure you've been doing already. Hit it hard.
Great job.
Thanks man I appreciate the compliments. Yea I will just keep dieting that seems to be what everybody thinks untill I get a better body fat percentage on me
I saw your comment below about the 1-2lbs a week... just so you know, in the medical field we urge not a lot more than 1-2lbs a week in loss. This shows fat loss with water weight loss also, but prevents the degradation of muscle.
I don't think you'll have much longer to go until you'll be happy. Just remember, level out your calories over a few weeks and sit at that resting point for a little before you attempt to bulk.
Will do thanks for the advice
I say keep off the gear and keep doing what you are doing. You won't get the body you want overnight, but that is a huge difference in between pics. You're doing great. Lots of cardio and weight training that gets your heart rate up is needed. Also don't starve yourself but eat lots of chicken breast, tuna, meals with protein and less calories. Then once bf percent is down look into a test only cycle. +1 for all the hard work!
Thanks, sounds good I'll keep doing the cardio and diet till I get further. I've been hitting cardio almost 7 days a week and it feels like I'm starving all the time but it is what it is I guess, I'm only losing about 1-2 lbs a week (trying not to go too fast) and trying not to have too big a calorie deficit and eat small portions through the day
