Definetly not here today as I have been off for a few weeks, but this was towards the end of a substantial diet and cardio intensive 16 week.
Started off with
800mg Test E/ week
900mg Equipoise
300mg NPP
350mg Tren E/Hex
30-40mg Dianabol (first 4 weeks)
4-8iu GodT240
I was pinning Mon Wed Fri Sat
Cardio 1hour per day
High protein 4-5k calories/day
6'3 225lbs
Strength was decent, had slight joint issues, want to get that resolved ASAP

Looking good man, I personally don’t do more than 3 compounds at a time. Also seems quite a lot to me.
I’ve pushed a bit harder pre contest but stayed very wise and smart off season.

That sounds more reasonable. I cruise on 120 mgs a week. It's good to get your hematocrit, bp and lipids in check after a cycle. Bloods are necessary for this.
My blood work is actually super solid. Red blood count normal, lipids, and liver.
