+ 11 Current shape after 5 weeks in cycle
Hi guys, I just arrived on the forum and wanted to share with you my current shape as well as my diet and my steroid cycle.
I started at 211 lb 5 weeks ago my lean bulking cycle, today I'm at 224 lb fasted in the morning.
Started at 3500 Kcal, macro were Prot : 196g ; carbs : 475g fats : 90g
Slowly increasing my calorie intake by 100kcal every week to prevent too much bodyfat accumulation as well as preventing my digestive tract to be messed up.
Now at about 4000 kcal, macro are : Prot : 221g ; carbs :550g fats : 100g
Steroid cycle (first time using DHB and superdrol) :
week 1-4 :
test E : 500mg/w
DHB : 400mg/w
dbol : 40mg/day
week 5-9 :
test E : 500mg/w
DHB : 400mg/w
week 10-12 :
test E : 500mg/w
DHB : 400mg/w
inject superdrol : 25mg
Also using 4IU of GH per day : 2 in the morining, 2 PWO

You simply asked him to take a new photo with his eroids handle and he didn't so guess what?...consequences he has to face. I mean there has got to be some type of order ya know? These are no rules mate. If a long standing member uploaded a photo they probably won’t get asked to upload proof. But if you are a brand new account or other tell tell signs your a fake you might well get called out. Or in your case have a disagreement or whatever with someone and they’ll call you out, which is what happened to you.

It is frowned upon to call someone out to post a self pic and then not do the same. Or to talk shit about someone's self pic without posting a self pic too. It is frowned upon by the community, and that is enough imo. I see no need for a list or rule.

I've been training and learning about everything related to bodybuilding in the shadow for the last 10 years. I'm not really into the social media move neither^^.
However, I'm a very social guy and love talking about nutrition, training and PED when I have the opportunity... joining a forum is kind of a big jump for me
