Been on these genos for about 5wks now and lovin it. 4iu/day, 6iu on w/o days... Tried 8-10iu and experienced horrible bloat (literally gained 10lbs in 2 days water weight). Skipped 2 days, backed down to 4iu and all is good, shredded as fuck.

Have new lower ab veins poppin, quad separation/striations, abs are better than when I was 20 (I'm 42). Steadily creeping into lower and lower single digit bf% w/out even dieting! Going to try to stay on these as long as I can afford them. Incredible.
