I take Ed pre 750-1000 mcg but I wud start with 1 250 mcg dose first. Thiers other benefits to it than just pre wrkt on lift days. I took it Ed.

Not sure really. Gave my boy a few to try. I'm used to inject version at 3000 mcg/ ml. Usually did half cc. These are 250 mcg so I'll at least take 2 at a time. I may stack it with the strombafort at the end if this cycle I'm on.
