Off blast now. Would you dump blood or let it ride on its own while on cruise? I have an appointment set to give blood in 2 days.

Hematocrit and red blood cells a little high but again what the guys below said always raised at higher altitude. I normally donate blood every 3 months always keeps the numbers in check so if you want to be on the safe side just book yourself in for a blood donation

That isn’t really that bad. It’s what people walk around with in places such as Denver. With that being said, it’s always good to go give blood. Someone out there needs it.

I live at just under 6000ft. elevation. I didn't think about that making a difference.
