+ 3 Calves are growing

ad

I am a hard gainer in the calve region. Everyday I have been adding calves in the beginning of my workout. I wear short now, no more hiding my weakness. I like doing calves for the pump and I don't look disportianal. Sounds crazy but it bothered me for a long time. If your like me, do calves ED and they will grow.

I agree my man, it isn't the weight it's the burn baby, and the blood flow.

Now that you're bulking, I think you'll find like I did that the heavier you get the more stimulation your calves get daily just from walking around.

Oh. My. God. Becky. Look at. His. Calves.

Said no women ever.

I'm joking, bud! Props for hammering out your weakest point instead of avoiding it and hoping it goes away.

So true. Just like I've never had a girl ask me how much I bench. Calves are a pain though. Don't want to look like the right bust of wind would knock me over lol

I have. Several times. I think they think it's an icebreaker.

It's a good question, I would follow it up with not as much as I squat and wink

I bench more than what most guys squat so I definitely don't deflect that question haha

Look into blood flow restriction (BFR) training
