You're maintained well. You could donate a unit, if possible, it would help your CMP/CBC. Hcg dose needs to be clarified. You're estradiol is 14, you're dose increase will make the 14 go up, obviuosly, I wouldn't make any changes to the AI, I'd just keep it the same and monitor for signs and symptoms of estrogen elevation, then get bloods at 6 weeks. Imo, the AI dose and frequency are just a tad high, but I'm not you, either.
Ask your doc about exemestane. It is an AI, too.

What other meds are you taking, including vitamins and supplements?
Supplements: Pre-workout (Pulse brand)
BCAAs (take in the AM before fasted cardio)
Glutemine (PM before bed)
Creatine (post-workout)
Meds – phentermine .35mg/day (this will end this month, I’ve been on it 8 months via a weight loss Doc, it helped me with my initial weight loss of 48 pounds)
From the TRT clinic
Testosterone - .70 ML of Test Cyp (250MG/ML) divided into two doses/week
Sermorelin – 300 mcg/day
HCG – checked bottle again, all it says is that it’s a 5000iu bottle – I mix with 2.5 ML of bac and pull to the 25 mark on an insulin syringe (it says it equals 500iu (2XWeek)
Ultraslim (B-12 complex 1Ml/week)
Additional
Testosterone cyp .8 Ml (250mg/ml) divided into two doses/week – this brings my total weekly dosage (including above TRT clinic test cyp to 340 MG/week for test cyp
Somastim – from a 20IU 6.7 mg vial mixed with 2 ML BAC I pull to the 20 mark on an insulin syringe morning and night (I believe this is 4 IU)
Mastodex 300 mg/week divided into 3 doses
Vitamins – None at this time

No – I am using one of those online TRT deals, and they probably wouldn’t want me to be increasing Test. After I am through my “contract” I’m switching over to personal Dr. Less expensive.
