So I posted a pick the other day of just an arm shot but took it down thanks to some good advice .. I decided to go with a full upper body shot his time . Just wanting to show how fast definition goes away going from cut to bulking..took some time off in between cycles but probably not as much as I should . My last pic was the end of my cut .. sitting at 205 with a goal weight of 220. This is not going to be a clean bulk .
