X2 - agree with Sam's recommendations 100%. But unlike Sam I have the same issue as you though, my arms have outran the rest of my upper body and my back and chest need to come up to match, so currently working on that but it's tough since the arms wanna play too much of a role in the compound movements for chest and back. Right now I'm trying dropping weight and focusing on mind muscle connection and destroying the targeted muscle until it screams for mercy, lol.
You still look great though, no homo, not trying to take away from that.
Thanks bro, I appreciate it. I'm almost finished cutting, down to 10% BF, and now that the fluff is gone from my chest I can see I need to ease up on arms for a bit and focus more on chest and back. I almost didn't do the cut, was gonna keep on bulking, but now I'm glad I did since it showed me definitively how I need to proceed during winter bulk. I'll post up a pic soon to get some direction and constructive criticism.
