Alright fellas I know I'm fat and bloated lol but I feel like I have added a little positive weight as well. I have been bulking for about 6 weeks on 400 Balkan cup and 600 sp eq. Siting at about 250

Looking swole bro +1. I struggle with the same thing while bulking. I may sacrifice some added weight gain but keeping a somewhat lower bf on bulks sure has made getting in shape for the warmer weather easier. You're in a great position to get to where you wanna be though.

Hit a little mini cut to reset insulin sensiitivity. You will put on more muscle and less fat then.

2 wks would probably be plenty, depends on what your current BF is though. Just roll with it until you are satisified with your BF%. When bulking I like to start around 10-12% and go up to 15% and then diet back down and keep bouncing between the two until end of cycle. Fat drops pretty quickly right away so it doesn't take much of mini-cut to get back down to target BF.

Looking big man, I would keep that BF% a bit lower even when bulking. I like to see the outskirts of my abs at least, as soon as it goes that’s a sign for me to cut back. Good luck with what you do anyways

Invest in a quality treadmill. Having access to cardio in-home that you can do fasted before breakfast makes taking fat off pretty easy as long as you can get your ass out of bed and still have enough time to get ready for work.
