Carbs high and fats low in your shakes like you need. If anything, I would swap out some of your carbs for more fat in your whole meals. But for all practical purposes the ratios are pretty good and if you have your meals planned I would probably just stick with it. Just from what I have noticed is that if people skimp to much on fat, even when bulking thinking it will keep them leaner, the body just seems to gain fat at a quicker rate. Replacing the carbs with fat will also help to lessen the insulin spike during those whole food meals which will in turn help with reducing the possibility of fat storage also. I wouldn't worry about it to much though if you already have your meals planned out.

Working at it. The shakes are easy as will be whey isolate 90, cyclic dextrin, fruit juice/fresh fruit. Will
Add some oats, nuts and coconut oil to the pre-workout shake but not much I don’t want fats too high given what I’ll be using post workout.

Pre bed meal is casien, oats, whole milk and maple syrup.

Breakfast is eggs, feta, spinach and whole meal pitas

Lunch and dinner to vary day to day.

Problem with shakes i get bloated and it doesnt give me the great pumps i get from rice and pasta, so i avoid them, its extra harder for me to get those clean 3.8k calories

There is a specific reason for the shakes I cannot go into here. And I use high quality whey, cyclic dextrin (very expensive but no bloating and in very fast) and will add fruit, fruit juice to all shakes and additionally oats and nuts for the afternoon shake - the macros for this one will change a bit as fats will go up here.

I'm doing one shake a day straight out of bed. I train about 20 minutes later. I'm thinking about adding another. It's tough to get 400 grams without them. Timeings everything and you can drink one quick ker than eating.

Its an early stage idea for a very particular cycle I cannot discuss here but yes always good to be as organised as possible and follow as close to your plan as possible as consistency is key.
