That's what happens when you ship in a bubble wrapped envelope. Def need to tell your src as he may want to change up his package method and most src's would make this good and resend what was broken. Also he doesn't want USPS opening a package due to a wet substance leaking out. Just saying.
Anondamn, that sucks. You can still try to snort it off the packaging...jk
