Lab results form BP Test E @ 150mg per week. I realize my E2 is high and I'm already taking .5mg Adex M/W/F. Injected on Sunday once a week and bloods drawn on Wednesday.
That E2 levels are likely normal if the assay is standard estradiol, as this will overestimate levels. You need to the sensitive estradiol, if available.
I've been on TRT for 9 years. First 7 years I was on the gel and it didn't work for me, but my doc refused to give me the injections. Changed insurance two years ago and my new doc put me on 200mg Test Cyp every 2 weeks. Well that sucked big time!! I was on a constant roller coaster, but my doc refused to change the frequency and dosage. My insurance changed again and this time only the gel was covered. A buddy of mine who's been juicing for about 20 years convinced me to do my first cycle and do my own trt.
Based on my on last 2 cycles of test only with blood work .25 adex doesn't bring me down in the normal range. I'm always 10 to 15 points above normal. My buddy suggested that I don't take ai during trt that's why this blood work has my so high. I agree that .5 is too much. I'm just doing .5 eod for one week and going down to .25 eod. Planning on pulling bloods in 2 weeks.
Having your estro elevated 10 to 15 points over the high normal isn't always a bad thing. Estro has anabolic qualities and I find when mine is slightly elevated my libido skyrockets.
I find on 250 test per week I take 6.25 aromasin twice a week that's perfect For me. If I took Adex I'd feel like crap and have to run .5 ed it seemed.
Very high T level. I have found quite a large disparity between the regular estradiol test and the ultrasensitive test. I would suggest going easy on the Adex! Your e2 may not be as high as you think!

Thanks for the input. Yes I am planning to go down to .25mg eod after my second dose of .5mg of adex. My last cycle which was 250 test p/w and 600 deca p/w, I used only .25mg and E2 was at 40. I was also taking proviron @ 50mg per day. I would like to see my E2 around high 20s. Physically I don't look or feel bloated and no signs of gyno or another symptom. So you maybe right about the types of testing.

Please try aromasin brother. It was a game changer for me.
Appreciate the advice. Why do you feel aromasin is better? And what dosage do you take? I see alot of places that 12.5mg eod is usual advice. Thanks

+1 for bloods. Watch that dose of adex. Pull bloods again soon and adjust if necessary. You don't want to crash E2 now.
