Need an Estradiol Sensative test to measure your E2. With LabCorp make sure it says Sensative. Which is done in LC/MS. Tren will give you a false elevate reading on a regular Estradiol test. In the future when ever on steroids run testosterone in LC/MS as it has no cap and will read over 1500.
What are the doses your running of each compound?
Alpha Male has pretty much covered it all as far as your readings. +1 for testing

Alphamale500+1 for being open to help and posting your bloodwork!
Alphamale500Your liver enzymes are perfect, kidney function is good, your cholesterol and other lipids are all great except for your good cholesterol (HDL) which is very low, but that is a common side effect of running gear. Your total test is over 1500 ng/dlwhich means it's higher than that but this test only goes up to 1500 ng/dl. So your gear is definitely legit but you can't really tell if it's properly dosed because this test doesn't give a reading over 1500 ng/dl. I'm not saying it's not properly dosed. But the important thing that you wanna know about which is your estradiol(e2) level doesn't seem to have been tested for. I would have that tested asap!
There was a couple of things not that serious that I noticed about your vitamin levels. Your vitamin-D levels are in the low end of normal and could really use a boost. Do you take a vitamin-D supplement? And your vitamin B-12 levels are also in the low end of normal and could come up some. You should consider taking a vitamin-D and B-12 supplement. Do you take any vitamins or supplements? Also, there are some supplements and eating habbits that can help with your very low HDL cholesterol levels also. Send me a pm if you would like some advice in those areas or whatever.
And I didn't mean to come of like a dick in your post, but it just gets me a lil pissed off when I see people just misusing gear or not even knowing what they should before running gear. But you seem like a good kid that just wants to learn how to proceed the right way! I'll send you a fr request. If you accept that fr request from me which I already sent, then it allows us to send private messages to each other. Ttyl bro.
Thanks dude. I really don’t mean to be ignorant, you just know when you just have people that you genuinely trust and you to listen to them. Run a pretty large business and these are some of my managers, so these aren’t just guys a party with or something. But I wanted to do my own research, maybe I should’ve done it sooner.
I typically stay away from multivitamins because they tend to give me anxiety. But I just started musclech platinum multi. I also take gym fish oils.
I’m going to go donate blood today. My red blood count was pretty high and I know my blood pressure’s been a little high, my buddy and people on here said important to do
Alphamale500No problem bro. I didn't mean anything personal by what I said. Your RBC count isn't really high at all. In fact, if you do a google search for "what is a normal RBC count for a male", you'll see that your RBC count reading is actually within the normal range! But your blood pressure is definitely high. And like I mentioned, I didn't even see estradiol (e2) tested for! What happened to your e2 levels? That's something important you need to have tested. I didn't see prolactin either which is important since you're running tren.
So you get anxiety from multivitamins? I have anxiety issues myself. Maybe you can try and look for a formula that only contains the most important vitamins. It could be the B vitamins that cause your anxiety, but idk. Like I mentioned, you can really benefit from increasing your vitamin-D levels for sure! Vitamin-D is very important for your body. You can also benefit from increasing your B-12 levels as well. They're very important vitamins for many aspects of the human body, and that's why they're tested for in the first place. Or try and get it from what you eat bro.
I hear what you're saying about how you trust these friends. But you should still know this information for yourself since you're putting these compounds in your body. This way you know whats going on when or if a side effect pops up, or you're feeling a certain way. Everyone's body is different and you can't just rely on other people's knowledge for every step of the way. All you have to do is look at the situation you're in now. You don't know your e2 levels, and don't even know when you should use an A.I. or if you need to! That alone says you obviously can't depend 100% on your friends for all the different aspects of running gear. They may be your boys and have your back no matter what, but this is different bro. You can't just rely on passed down knowledge from your friends, older guys you work with or whatever it may be. If you could, you wouldn't be in the situation that you're in!
Btw, do you have any PCT ancilliaries or even have a PCT protocol planned at all?
RBC is high man. How’s ur blood pressure?
Alphamale500I don't think his RBC count is really that high because different labs have slightly different ranges for which readings are low, normal or high. And this is the link for the following information on RBC counts from the website verywellhealth;
https://www.verywellhealth.com/red-blood-cell-rbc-count-1942659#normal-r...
"The "normal" RBC reference range for women is 4.2 to 5.4 million/mcL; for men, 4.7 to 6.1 million/mcL; for children, 4.0 to 5.5 million/mcL."
Even after doing a google search for "what's the normal RBC count for a male", the following comes up from the following website;
https://www.healthline.com/health/rbc-count#normal-count
"What is the normal range for an RBC count?
According to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society:
The normal RBC range for men is 4.7 to 6.1 million cells per microliter (mcL).
The normal RBC range for women who aren’t pregnant is 4.2 to 5.4 million mcL.
The normal RBC range for children is 4.0 to 5.5 million mcL."
Being that the OP's RBC range was 6.06 million/mcl, that would put him in the high end of normal. So at worst, it's may be on the borderline for high RBC count, depending on what lab is used to test the blood or which source you use for your ranges. But as it states above, his reading is actually normal.
As for his blood pressure, now that is definitely high and needs to be addressed! And I didn't put up these links to prove you're wrong or anything like that, but rather to show the difference in ranges depending on the lab used and just for informational purposes.
The normal range on my bloodwork from labcorp and quest tops out at 5.8. So I was just going off that. To be fair I hadn’t read those articles, so you know more than me about this, but it looks like there are docs that disagree with it if both labcorp and quest tops out at 5.8.
Even if it was 6.1, with high blood pressure and rbc on the high end, his body clearly isn’t used to it being that high and on this cycle I don’t see it dropping down on its own.
I’m just sayin the guy should be going to donate and grab some beet root. Luckily I don’t run into this problem either. I only donate once a year cuz it’s a nice thing to do. EQ doesn’t raise my RBC or hematocrit. But enough people on trt and guys that run into this on EQ cycles have helped this problem tremendously by donating and taking things like beet juice extract, that I think it’s a safe bet to recommend the same.
It’s been around 155/80 to 85. Slow slightly elevated. Is there anything I can take? One of my buddy says he just donate blood and that usually helps. I also have some clonidine that I was given for sleep, but I don’t know if that’s a good idea to mix or not
Alphamale500Yeah 155/80 is high! That shoud really be addressed. Being that anything over 140/90 is defined as high blood pressure, and you even said that yours goes to 155/85 sometimes, so yours is high. But try not to get all worked up about it because that's just gonna make it worse.
I never get high blood pressure when running gear, so I don't really know your best options for that. But if others below are recommending donating blood, than maybe you should look into that. Which ever way you choose, it really should be addressed.
I wouldn’t mix it. But I honestly don’t know the risks. But usually mixing stuff like that isn’t a good idea. I could be wrong tho. Yea I’d donate. 155/80 isn’t slightly elevated. It’s just plain old elevated. I’d be freakin out. Yea, go donate man. For sure. At minimum. Try beet juice extract and hawthorn berry as well.
Way to get blood work man. Now you can address the issue and stop a potentially big health risk. That’s why bloods are so important. ++
Can you chime in on the question OP asked at the bottom brotha man?
I honestly don’t know which option it is- I go to a clinic I’ve donated to for years that know me there so they fill everything out and just have me sign. Embarrassingly enough don’t know which option to choose lmao.
I do blood. It’s the standard and it’s a pint. I think we only have 9 pints in our body so it’s a good clip. I could be wrong because I’ve never done any of the others, but thatll do the trick.
Just started muscle tech platinum multi vitamin, swear my heart has been beating faster since....
Scheduled for 930AM. Boom
Nice! That’s great man.
Atta boy- so refreshing when guys take suggestions and are proactive with their health. Welcome my man
Good point, it’s easy to say “that’s a little high” but if you crunch the numbers it’s an increase of over 29% above the standard 120. Not a small increase.
Clonodine is just going to be a “bandaid” for the situation- and imo, when using clonodine, you need to monitor your own blood pressure regularly bc it can easily drop it too low.
The BEST solution and overall “fix” for high rbc, is like your buddy stated, to go donate blood. Bc if it’s elevated now, think about where it will be at later in the cycle. You’ll feel A LOT better once you donate- at least I do, and so do most other guys.
+1 for getting bloodwork my man
Maybe a stupid question. When I go to donate blood, my option are blood, power red, platelets and AB plasma. Just blood or power red? This is thru red cross
Maybe that’s a stupid question. I would assume it’s just what they do with it after. Blood says a pint, imagine more the better
