+ 4 Bloods on Ultima test c 250 from PMRoids
ad
This is roughly 4 weeks running my trt dose of 150mg/wk. I was trying this out instead of what I get from the compounding pharmacy. My Dr actually decided to lower my dose a bit after seeing the numbers. All in all I'm happy with how it's working.

Enjoy your gears,

Thanks for testing. Definitely need to lower dose for TRT.
Doc lowered me to 130 mg/wk. Not really sure where he's looking to get me too but we'll find out in about 6 months.
Last test for him i was doing 150/wk but sub q. My test went up around 60% just switching to IM.
I bet you will still be on the high end of normal. It is nice to get to a level where you don't need to use an AI.
I've always been just above the the top of the range since I started getting checked. Even at 600 ng/dl I bounced around between the low to high 30's for estrogen. Doc has me taking chrysin as something natural to try and help limit estrogen as neither of us want to start an AI unless it's absolutely necessary. Do you have any suggestions on supplements that may help here Makwa?
I am not real faimilar with natty supps for lowering estro. I know that BF% can have a big impact on aromatization. Not sure where yours is at but keeping a lower BF could make a big difference.
I'm in the mid teens. 13-15% is what my scale tells. I've tried calipers but there's no way i'm doing it right if it says i'm under 10%.
Out of interest Mak did you ever have your bloods done when you were completely natty and see where your testosterone levels were? You had pretty good natural genetics so I am interested to know if guys with better builds have higher test levels.
My natty levels bottomed out when I hit about 40. No clue what they were before that. I had zero libido and brain fog was really bad. I knew something was off so I went in and got my levels checked. They were 334ng/dl. When I saw that I thought shit they aren't going to give me TRT. I wrote my doc a whole 2 page essay to convince him I needed TRT. He told me nice essay but we are going to treat your sympoms and not just look at a number which was a relief. Instant turn around once I started TRT. Now he keeps me around 650ng/dl.
Damn 330 at 40 is about where I was at at 21. Still didn't touch gear until I was 30 and it was a life. Changer
Exactly this, I dropped from 705 to 454, then 375 over about two years. Felt completely awful, and the in network endocrinologist wanted to put me back on the drugs that wrecked me to begin with. I shook his hand, left, and went the clinic route. Now I just purchase here and my PCP has no issues monitoring me. Effing doctors.
welcome to eroids!
Omg. The insurance hoops are endless. And they just want to use "numbers". So much easier this way with your PCP on board and watching labs.
I ended up going to a private clinic i pay out of pocket to avoid just that. My initial numbers were a little over the bottom of the reference range so i wouldn't qualify for insurance to help. Didn't matter if i had all the symptoms associated with low t or not as i wasn't low enough on paper to count. It costs me around $1500 a year for all my dr visits, bloodwork co pays, meds and necessary items like alcohol pads, pins, etc. Not exactly cheap but i sure as hell feel better.
What numbers do you have to be at for the Doc to give you a TRT script over there? Its pretty damn difficult over here, they always want to give you gels and patch's.
Insurance and DR's vary, but generally if you aren't under 350 ng/dl, they won't even consider you for TRT, and many don't take into account the free test value at all. And on top of that, they often don't tie in the associated signs/symptoms of the gradual loss. It hit me around 49 finally and I had no idea, but it tanked fast and so did my muscle mass. And my free test was actually below the "LOW' value too. My PCP understood my background, my plan/goals, and he was on board (Test only of course ). Here I am. With a little help from you too
Plan B was he refer me to an endo and start the red tape marathon...
Mine started me out on the gel you rub on your belly or chest. That wasn't working so well so then we tried the stuff you put on your armpits like deodorant. That was awesome. Then insurance wouldn't cover topicals anymore and I wasn't going to pay nearly $500 out of pocket for it so had to switch over to injections. I actually liked the way I felt using the daily topical vs injections and would still be using that if insurance would cover it.
Sounds like you have a good and understanding Doctor there. Did you effectively start gear when you were 40 then or were you running cycles before that?
I ran some sarms and shit like that and test boosters from GNC but nothing real serious until after my TRT was dialed in. Even without running cycles I still won natty BB comps when I was younger.
Last time I was natty was when I was 34 and damn progression was slow compared to my early 20's, although I had also just recently got sober so I assume all my vitamin levels and hormones were tanked from years of drink.
I wish I would have known what my levels were in my prime. Thiry was a milestone and things really seemed to decline and become stagnant and hitting 40 was the real killer. Fat and soft no matter what I did.
I have the same question, doc checked mine when I turned 40, and that was my close to 800 number. I wonder what it was when I was young and beastly, and full of acne lol. I’ve often thought those who have high testosterone levels in their youth peter out fast as they age. Pun was intended.
