Pick up some Nizoral It’s an anti dandruff shampoo that contains 1% ketoconazole as it’s active ingredient. This is also known to combat DHT at the scalp and help prevent hair loss. It should help with both your problems. I use it instead of Finasteride. Finasteride makes me feel weaker and it puts my dick in the dirt. DHT is an important hormone, it has a lot of benefits, it just sucks that it causes hair loss. Best to combat it locally instead of systematically. You can get the shampoo in prescription strength from your Dr. as well in concentrations above 1%. Nizoral is about $15 no Matter where you get it. Used to be able to get it from Walmart.com for $10. It’s a little ruff on the scalp if you use it everyday. So I use it one day and Regenepure the next which also has ketoconazole but with scalp conditioners but it’s $25 on Amazon.
