Yes I give blood every so often and blood work every 12 weeks. Unless I’m cycling hard then every 6 weeks.
what dosage would you recommend?
Something that puts you in the normal range? 100-150?
I know IFBB pros who cruise on 250-500 but that’s because they’ll shrink if they go lower. I was just going off your current stats (which could be inaccurate) but I think you’d get more out of your “off” time at a lower dose.
You forgot those other supps along with that test dose... Most IFBB already has good genetics though and don’t need much.
