Before cycle.E2 concern

Should i use .25 eod of Exemestane or is 12.5? i would usually use .5 adex EOD. before any body sais anything about the esters; water weight is not a concern only my e2.

What's the problem here? Your Estradiol is well within 10% of the higher end of the reference range. That's completely acceptable. I see no problem here.
Lol. You better go back and read what he posted. He getting ready to start a cycle of 500mg test e and 600 mg of tren e a wk. His E2 is already elevated before he starts and you don't see a problem.
Yup, I see no problem.
Once he starts his cycle he'll have to take new bloods and then he'll see how he needs to adjust his AI dosage. For the time being, his E2 is very acceptable.
Most people would want you to obsess over E2 and go crazy if it's two dashes high. I don't believe in that.
That, of course, completely changes if the subject is highly sensitive to estrogen. In that case extra care needs to be taken.
How did your last cycle go? What was you E2 then?
cant recall the exact number but i think it was in its was in the low 50's using .5 mg adex EOD.
We see how much test but how much tren? You may want to go read this before you start

If you got a blood test while on cycle it will show E2 over 300. You'll find your answer in the link I gave you. Dose your AI based on the amount of testosterone your using.
