So it’s been a while. Last time I was on here I was 58kgs and 33 years old. You can find my old pre and post gear photos on my old log.
In the last 5 years, I have continued to do gear. On and off. Never more than 2 cycles per year and nothing more than anavar at 12.5mg max. This type of cycle plus lots of hard training and lots and lots of food.
I did one cycle of 20mg but the sides of loosing my period, headaches and mood swings wasn’t worth it.
So after 5 years. This is my build while coming to the end of a 8 week cycle.
Now 63kgs steady and 38 years old!
Excuse the oil and nudity. This is literally the beat photo I have to show off what 12.5mg can do.,

Can’t open the picture
I saw your other pictures which showed vast improvement in your foundation especially in your hamstrings. This picture was unnecessary and doesn’t show your true development over the years. At least take a picture that shows your true strength. I’m trying to keep this as respectful as possible. You didn’t have to post a picture like this to get positive responses and you know that.
Hi Simon. Thank you for your feedback. I don’t consider this photo any different or would promote more ‘likes’ because I am nude rather than slightly dressed lifting X on a compound lift. This community, I believe would take this photo in the spirit it was posted for. Not a show of physical strength but how my body had changed. That said, people will interprete and make assumptions based on the photo alone. That’s says more about the person making comment rather than a true reflection of myself.
Take into account the comments that goes along with the photo and say either great work or nothing at all. You’ve not add any value here. Thank you again for reading and no, I do not need any further response.
