Long roller coaster ride but we did it

Awesome looking couple right there.
Not a problem. Didn't want to see you get onstage and leave with a bad taste in your mouth due to a shity experience. But, now youve learned and saw how your body reacted and change and tweak from here to get it right. People get onstage looking their best from experience and learning what to do and what not to do or they have a good paid coach. Ive never used a coach always wanted to do it myself and I've got pretty good at it and enjoy it. Its all common sense, the hardest part is timing it and listening to your body and listening to the mirror. You learn over time and by doing it what to eat and what not to eat, what to do and what not to do. Discipline and dedication. Glad you had fun and hope you continue my friend , if not at least you can say you've been there and done that.
Was a huge learning experience. We will for sure beat ourselves next time.
