Hey Team!
Just wanted to share my back progress for 2017. I've gone up 9-10lbs from last year and weighing in at 188-190lbs, I've been fluctuating week to week.
Still feel I need to work big time on my biceps, chest and burn more fat on my waist.
I'm really happy were i'm at right now and think that 190lbs is where I want to be. My waist is at a 30/31 but not sure were my body fat is at. What do you all think my body fat % is at?

Try supersetting back and chest. Just do 12 sets twice a week for 8 weeks. See what happens.
