Impossible. Letro simply does not work that way... placebo effect right there.

I'm not saying that you're lying about the elbow pain.... letro binds to and blocks the aromatase enzyme from working. It dosen't "kill" estrogen. So whatever estro you currently have floating around will be there for at least the next week or 2. Letro will prevent more from being converted.... but it would still take at least a week at full dosage to get enough of the aromatase bound for a drastic decrease.
long story short.... there isn't a drug on the planet that would kill estro hard enough for you to notice it a day later bud.

I've had many estro related problems.... so Ive experimented w/ every AI out there and found what works and what dosen't. I've been on high dose letro (2.5ed) for up to 4mths at a time. Worked good but the rebound was hardcore. Best I've found to get rid of estro related sides is aromasin/stane. Couple days of 25mg/day and in a lil under a week you start to see water bloat going away and nipple soreness getting better. A week to 10 days minimum for initial results... after a month, results are VERY noticeable. 2mths on it and joints started to ache but water bloat was completely non existent.. as was sex drive :( When I came off it (letro), my sex drive skyrocketed and bloat came back pretty quick.
Just tryin to help out and put some misconceptions to rest brother. Nothin out there will give instant relief from estro sides. If I were you I'd skip the letro and go for some legit aromasin.
