Okay so I’ve been running Para Pharma Sust 350, total of 700mg/week. For well over 8 weeks before labs were drawn. This was a promo I was graciously allowed in on. Stuff has some bite but I am PIP prone. These numbers are only a little lower (a few hundred points) than I would have expected from prior labs. I would say it’s properly dosed. I’ll throw up a review later when I get a chance.
Not running any AI. Proviron 25mg a day. I wanted to see if my cholesterol would bounce back and it did beautifully. My HDL is always low I have a genetic mutation for that. Also wanted E2 a little higher as I was into my offseason and trying to maximize muscle growth.
GOLDTOPS- I had been running only a little more than 3 weeks prior to labs. 3.33iu daily all in the morning. My IGF-1 has never been this high. I will throw up a review for John later as well. I’m planning to back my dose down as it is clearly a bit overdosed. Usually this would put me between 300-340 in the past.
Overall very happy with products and would recommend.

So I had a thought last night on why my IGF-1 is so much higher than it has been in the past... even if the vials were overdosed 30% I don’t think my number would be that elevated.
One thing I’ve done differently this offseason, and actually any cycle I’ve done in the past, is not run any type of aromatase inhibitor. Many of us probably know or have heard that estrogen is vital for IGF-1 conversion. I think this is probably a big factor here. Some food for thought.
