I have worked very hard to be where I am right now. This is for all the ectomorphs that think it's not possible. Believe me when I say I weighed 110lbs when I started. I got up 175 naturally. Then I decided to take my body to the next level. Heaviest I got was 220lbs at 5'7'' I spent more money on food then anything else Lol. If you that guy who keeps failing to gain mass. Take advice from a guy who been at your position to say that get your meals in plus your weight gainers. Anything is possible with hard work, dedication and knowledge.(which you will get plenty from this site):))

YES meal PLUS weight gainers.
No one is going to going to get huge on 3k a day. If I dont eat 3k I starve really hurts my belly.
Easliy reach over 5k with 2x weight gainers a day.

Shit I think some guys over 250 are eating like 7k plus a day

Great transformation. I know exactly how it is bro. Started at 6ft 130 jus a few years ago. Eating is what determines our success or failure.
