just mixed 1ml into a vial and put it in the fridge
did 2ius above my belly button, it's a 100iu syringe so 2 ius feels like I'm not even taking anything lol

i've been on this for a few months.
started at 2 IU, for 30 days, then 3 iu, then 4IU -- up to 6 IU.
every morning except Wed/Sun
I'm at 4IU now - I can't tell any difference at all - and I haven't been able to find a dr that can get me the labs i need to verify. Hopefully something is happening .. into month 3 now.
