As of this moment 14%, could of been a bit lower if I hadn't slacked on my diet, well...I was on a vacation cruise so yeah....Getting the diet part fixed and hitting the weights hard along with Zeus' Var/ test/ and tren a ( which is awesome ) and we'll see how it goes in about a month, very excited nonetheless
