backup2018I used to really love anadrol but I just hate the fucking moon face it gives me. I'm gonna run var as my next oral. I'm running test 500mg a week solo atm. I'm gonna switch to test prop mast prop tren ace and 50mg anavar ed run the oils either 100mg or 150 mg eod.
Anadrol for me is better than dianabol for bulking. Moon face with dbol is horrible.

I know Ameen Alai is a proponent of putting his clients on a protocol of either alternating var/drol every day or var/var/drol with drol on every third day, but not running both every day at once. I’ve tried none of the three protocols myself, but if I were to try blending the two orals I’d probably experiment with pulsing them the way the mad scientist suggested. The man knows his PEDs, that’s for sure. I really wouldn’t take them both ed. I don’t see the point
I heard it from Ameen i think this method of taking orals doesnt work on me at all Ive tried it .So maybe depands on person but i think he said this just to make this topic more interesting for viewers and followers.If i can made up protocol for video it would be something like var/var//drol/drol/dbol/dbol/var
and would called it alternate steroids protocol 
just joking,and for the guy who post this picture dont take those orals together unless you are strongman competitor.

I had a beef with Ameen like 2years ago when I told him how he can be a guru to bodybuilders and when he was competing in his last local show he had terrible acne!So how come Guru cant even take care of himself when it comes to stuff like zits. And he said something like the reason why he had that nasty acne is because he was eating too much mcdonalds and junk food.And couple months after he had beef with Bostin Loyd who exposed him he is fake and i dont know man but I like Ameen as a person not as a guru.
Likewise I think he's an interesting person to watch.
The videos he did with king kamali on dave palumbos YouTube site are quality viewing.
I think his main "guru" skills revolve around gh slin and diuretics.

There’s really only one reason to mix orals and that’s to blend a dry oral with a wet one to help keep BP down during your run, one day anadrol, one day anavar or winny, one day anadrol etc...
Mixing the two is a waste of var since you won’t get the look you get from good var. the anadrol will overpower and leave you looking puffy.

Some test in there ? Those 2 compounds could not be further from each other and pointless without test in there because Both of Them Will shut you Down hard dude . And lots of water

My goals are to gain some lean mass and strength. Diet is 4000 calories a day
Your taking both of these orals together?? Besides destroying your liver what else are you trying to accomplish? These are quite the opposite compounds

I've ran them both together before. Liver vaules came back fine. Anavar isn't even that harsh.
Everyone is different though. Anadrol is harsh and top it with var I'm sure won't help.
I have a packet of these SIS Var 50's in the foil - They are brilliant clean tabs compared to the older sis orals.
How many are you taking everyday?
I don't take them every single day as I run other bits and pieces, but when I do just 1 tab mate - they are wicked strong. Good pre-workout as they are very stimmy in feeling compared to other anavar I have used. If you are fairly new to gear mate you need to choose one or the other of these 2 as they are strong - why are you wanting to run these highly opposing compounds together out of interest?
I was thinking to combine them to avoid too high dosages so less water retention and side effects but after reading comments and advice i decided to only run anavar now and leave anadrol for bulking.

I am 39 years old. I am using Testosterone cypionate 500 mg. I will be taking half pill of each with breakfast and then other half pre workout around 4-5 pm.
WillzillaIf i were you id keep the anadrol out of the cycle for now. Just go with the test cyp and var. Anadrol helps keep water retention, most guys would use it when bulking. Var sort of does the opposite. Have a quick look on google for test c and anavar cycles to keep yourself right

old batches are still in plastic tub, but all new will be in foil bags.
